We provide free evaluation downloads so you can validate data quality before any purchase.

Digital delivery

Data packs are digital goods delivered instantly (downloads and/or API access). Once delivered, refunds are generally not offered.

Cancellations

If subscriptions are enabled, you may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; it does not reverse prior periods already delivered.

Fair resolution

If you believe you were billed in error or experienced a service outage that materially prevented access, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.
